Our leadership team is supported by more than twenty experienced educators, many of whom have been with Park Place for ten years or more. Their stability, warmth, and craft are what make Park Place feel like a true second home for our families.
Jade Noftall
Director
Jade is deeply committed to creating a warm, supportive environment for children, families, and educators. Having come to the daycare through somewhat unexpected circumstances, she quickly developed a strong connection to the community and a deep appreciation for the dedicated educators and families at the heart of Park Place. She is also the mother of three wonderful teenagers, and credits them with bringing a perspective and richness to her life that she could never have imagined otherwise. Actively involved in the day-to-day life of the daycare, Jade values open, honest communication with families and is passionate about building a collaborative and caring team.
Kelsey Young
Assistant Director
Kelsey began her journey with Garderie Park Place as a young educator, and later returned after becoming a mother herself — giving her a deep, well-rounded understanding of the daycare from both an educator's and a parent's perspective. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, she transitioned into an administrative role where she has played a key part in strengthening how Park Place connects with families. Often the first point of contact for parents, her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail leave a lasting impression long after families have moved on from the daycare.
Lisa Coletti
Pedagogical Supervisor
Lisa Coletti brings decades of experience in early childhood education to her role as Pedagogical Specialist. After earning her certification in England, she moved to Canada over twenty years ago and has been an integral part of Park Place since its very beginning. With deep knowledge and a steady, thoughtful approach, Lisa is a trusted mentor and key resource for our educators — providing ongoing support in classroom management, program planning, and every part of classroom life. Her creativity, organization, and genuine dedication make her an invaluable member of our team.
